Where can I create my profile? |

Creating a new profile with photo on Chnlove is free and quick to complete.
To create a profile:
1). Go to the Chnlove.com home page. If you aren't a registered Chnlove user, click on the "Join free now" button.
2). On the next page, you need to fill out your basic information, and then you must read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click on the "Join Free Now" button. Finish this step, you can get your member ID,
3). Then you are directed to the profile info creation process. You need to complete all the required information, and click on the "Create My Profile" button.
4). Next you also can choose to upload the best of your picture as your profile photo.
5). Finally, you should check your email account and verify your email.
If you’ve used any of the Qpid Network sites before, you may already have a Qpid Network Account which contains your profile information. If this is the case, simply sign in with your existing Qpid Network Account to Chnlove.com and your profile on Chnlove is created automatically. | |

Where can I edit my profile? |

To edit the profile information, please follow the steps here:
1). Sign in to Chnlove, then click on the "Profile and Photo" link.
2). You'll be directed to the Qpid Network member account settings, which lists the section of the profile you wish to change. Make changes of any profile information directly there.
3). When you've made the desired changes, make sure you save them by clicking the "Save" button.
4). Then your profile will be successfully changed.
Submission of update is subject to checks by our moderators. Profile will be updated within 24 hours after our approval. Delay may happen in the case of Chinese public holidays. Please keep an eye out for email updates and messages on our site regarding the status of your profile.
On the side, please note that Information you provided in the profile are inter-linked to all Qpid Network sites and it is all stored in your Qpid Network Account. Any changes of your profile information will be simultaneously updated for all Qpid Network sites. Therefore, we require you to input true and unique information on all sites of Qpid Network. | |

To establish Chnlove.com as one of the dating sites with highest quality, we have our own profile approval guideline for male members. If you have been notified that your profile has been rejected, please make sure you review some of the more common reasons for profile rejection:
- Contact Information. Phone numbers, external websites (urls), email addresses & specific employment or home location within the profile text, title or alias is considered "Contact information" and you should not provide any contact information in your published profile.
- Obscene, vulgar, or any explicit content. Your profile cannot transmit defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights when using this site and the service.
-Not seeking prohibited relationship. You will be honest and serious in your communication and interactions with the women with the intention of establishing relationship leading to marriage. Infidelity is NEVER encouraged by Chnlove.
-Use of languages outside English. Normal everyday words such as "Ciao" or "Adios" are acceptable. However, if you have phrases or words that cannot be easily interpreted, your profile will be rejected for "Not in site language". We currently only accept the English language within our profile text.
